I graduated from the University of Chichester with a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Therapy in 2016. As a child and into my teenage years I was always very active and involved in a lot of sport such as TeamGym, dance and trampolining, which drove my passion to study the human body, injury and rehabilitation.
I have over three years experience working within the private physiotherapy sector and have developed my skills in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries. I also have previous experience delivering pitch side sports therapy to semi-professional football teams in the Southampton area.
At LBhealthcare I also work alongside our neurophysiotherapist treating a wide variety of neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and Brain injury and have completed my foundation level in Aquatic therapy. My passion is Clinical Pilates and I have gone on to train with the APPI to become a Clinical Pilates Instructor, and have developed the service to now be offered here at LBhealthcare.
Outside of work I love to keep fit with circuits and spin classes, exploring new cities and practicing yoga and Pilates.
