LBhealthcare is proud of its Technogym-equipped medical gymnasium of which you can become a member for only £25 per month with no induction fee and no contract.

Containing all the equipment you will need for cardio-fitness, specific muscle group training, core-exercise and functional training, our gym provides a low-cost, low-commitment way of achieving and maintaining strength and fitness.

Our sports therapist Karla Lambert will suggest a program of exercises for you at your induction, which can be reviewed as your fitness progresses.
