Aquarider comes to LBhealthcare

LBhealthcare has recently taken delivery of an Aquarider underwater cycle.  This is the only one in the United Kingdom and enables rehabilitation in an impact-free underwater environment in our hydrotherapy pool.
A wide range of orthopaedic consultants refer patients to use the Aquarider.

Pilates launches at LBhealthcare on Saturday 14th June

LBhealthcare is now able to offer Modified Pilates classes at just £80 for 10 one-hour classes plus an initial assessment if necessary.  Led by our fully qualified APPI Modified Pilates Instructor you can experience and benefit from this proven method of exercise.  The classes are held at 9.30am on Saturday mornings in our fully-equipped studio.
