Gym Membership now available at LBhealthcare
LBhealthcare is pleased to announce the availability of a limited number of Gym Memberships at the very low price of just £24 per month with no joining fee.
Membership includes a free 30 minute induction with our Sports Therapist and a four week training program tailored specifically to you, to ensure your individual training goals are achieved.
LBhealthcare boasts a modern state of the art gymnasium fitted with the latest exercise workstations from TechnoGym. The system allows your trainer to set up a sequence of exercises specifically tailored to your needs. Your session results are recorded with the aid of an electronic ‘key fob’. Using the ‘key fob’ not only motivates you to complete the programme but also tracks your progress and monitors your workouts. A little like having a virtual “Personal Trainer.”
You can start with just 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise 3 times per week
Our exercise specialist at LBhealthcare also specialises in devising exercise plans for those individuals with specific medical conditions including, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, back problems, cardiac conditions, obesity, anxiety and depression.
